[ct-user] PCI Serial I/O Card Recommendation

DOS 6.22 for now. I'm wanting the ports for rig control (two each) and TNC
connection. I don't know if IRQ sharing is feasible for that. I don't
speak "IRQ sharing". Thanks for the recommendation.
