[ct-user] write sum

I finished the cqwwph contest, followed instructions to restart program, 
type "writelog", exit again, try to find the files that Writelog was 
supposed to create.....I found some of them, but not all of them... plus 
none of the files look like anything I did....    I did find "contest 
sum" however it won't come up.....instead I get error message telling me 
that the program to open it isn't there?????

I'm running CT Windows....

Any help will be appreciated
