[ct-user] Master partial check screen not visable

Thanks Rick and Ed,

Before doing the -reset command, will doing so reset any files I don't want 
to reset (ie the .bin)?
Also (now this question will show you how little I know) since this is the 
windows version (CTWIN), how/where do I do a -reset?
