[ct-user] Master partial check screen not visable

-reset probably wasn't a great choice in words, but it just resets 
the window locations.

In CTWIN, if you create a shortcut to start the program, right click 
on the shortcut, select properties and add the -reset to the TARGET 
line that executes the program.
