[ct-user] ct-user] Converting Cabrillo back to BIN file Query

Last year I sent the same cabrillo file to 7, NE, IN and MARAC.  I know NE
used what they needed because I got a certificate from them.  I think 7
emailed me and said they got it.  Not sure about IN or MARAC.
I'd send the same file to all of them - maybe change the contest name in the
cabrillo for each submission.
