Well, if what you need are credible witnesses who are of good standing 
in the Ham community, I know a few in the area we could call.

What are you thinking of using for antennae?  My AO-40 RX dish would 
probably work well, especially if the other end was also circularly 
polarized.  Or perhaps I could construct a liinear polarized feed.
