Please encourage your FM friends to operate this contest and get a taste
of simplex operating and contesting. I plan to start this contest on the
FM simplex frequencies listed above. I hope this will help us build a
base of new operators interested in VHF SSB, CW, and Digital operation.

Note - I have not been sending out the newsletter for some time and
several friends have encouraged me to get the newsletter going again. I
