[Fourlanders] Amateur Radio License Plates Now Cost $

Well I first heard of this by another ham as to being in effect July 1 
but when we investigated the bill we could not see any increase to hams 
and a bunch of other groups.  Now I just looked at my wife's tag fee for 
June 28 and there is no tag fee.  Now mine are due July 23 and should be 
getting them anytime now and we will see.
