Good Afternoon from St. Lucia!

I am on the vacation of a life time, Playing Radio on a Buddipole DXpedition to the C arib bean, St Lucia.

We a rrived Su nday afternoon, setup antennas around the Villa Monday morning and have been operating on multiple bands.

I am working SSB on 20 meters in the mornings until noon, catching many European, C. Asian count ries.  The states come in strong as well.  when I ca n get antenna time, I work 15 and 17 in the afternoon and then 20 again to catch the grey line again as the sun goes down.  We now have an 80 meter wire antenna strung up between the coconut and banana trees. :-)  Hopefully this evening we will have 160 up as well.  I will try to squeeze in some operating time on those bands.  They are hammering out on CW.  My roomy N7QT is a MACHINE on CW.  He is racking up the Q's.  Listen for him on 40 meters in the mornings and evenings.

If you have time, look for me on 20 meters in the mornings (6am off an on until lunch time depending on conditions) , 14.194 listening on 14.204 or some where close.

This weekend, we will be working the 10 Meter Contest, as well as hammering out Q's on the other bands.

73,

Jerry
