[Fourlanders] Missing text

I agree, it is not only Gmail, but I believe there is more than one problem.

Johnny and I proved in September that rich text generated the way he does
it causes his email to come through the list as blank. I suspect rich text
that is what he prefers to use as default and sometimes forgets to set if
back to plain text when sending to the list. Hopefully, the small change in
the HTML email setting will allow those through.
