[FRC] September newsletter deadline

Just a reminder that I need submissions for the September newsletter by
Tuesday, August 22.  We're back to regular meetings in Philly in September,
so I don't have the luxury of being late as I did in July and August.  My
plan is to finish on Wednesday the 23rd, since I won't be able to work on it
much after that. 

Thanks for your cooperation!  I plan to be at K3CCs on Saturday (19th) in
case anyone wants to submit something there.
