[Mldxcc] OK - what is a QTC

Please remember that I'm kind of a newbie here, maybe even bordering into
lid territory.

OK, I know what a QTC is literally (Count of telegrams sent), and I read
the rules about QTCs and what I gather is that it is a list of callsigns
with time stamps of previous contacts.

If I get one, what do I do with it.  If I want to send one,  how would I
generate it?

For lack of other software I'm using MixW though I'm sure there must be
better.
