Dick, You've hit on my dilemma. My reading of the rule is that any QTH
outside of US / Canada while the primary license (and station) are within
the club circle ... is a DXpedition. That's not exactly how I would define
an expedition. I would add "tent and generator" to the definition, but then
I'm kind of biased that way. :-) However, this is a special definition
ONLY for one specific contest.
Our original plan was to spend about 50% of our time in KH6 and the other
50% in W6. However, it hasn't turned out that way as a matter of practice.
still, it's not "permanent" in the 100% sense. That's why I'm asking this
question.
You have a good point about a possible challenge. I'll ask HQ for
clarification.
