[Mldxcc] CQWW SSB Lack of Pacific stations

I thought the Pacific was fine. China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, 
Singapore, Taiwan, Australia, Guam, Hawaii, Indonesia, Marianas, NZ, 
Papua New Guinea, and Tonga, equally distributed among 15, 20, and 40. I 
heard 4-5 different Philippines and some Thailand but couldn't get them, 
I rarely do.
