In my case, when I tried to renew my license plate registration last year, it wouldn't allow me to do it on the web. It said that "additional paperwork required."

I figured what they wanted, and took my ham license to the License Bureau office to get the renewal done. They told me that it was a new requirement just put into effect. They photocopied my ham license and put the copy with the rest of the paperwork going to Columbus.
