[RFI] Power line or ? noise

My thoughts are:

Wow, what a great utility! To get Ontario Hydro out
here took 8 weeks of phoning every 3 days AND the
exact pole causing the problem. When they arrived, the
team was excellent, but voicemail hell is just that.
