[RFI] RFI from 2005 Accord V6

The solution happened to be replacing the plugs.  I'm not sure which one was
the culprit.  They are platinum and aren't supposed to be replaced until
105K miles. I only had 50K on the car.  With the noise blanker this pretty
much brought the noise down from S8ish to not registering on the meter.

Thanks for all the tips!  The car is otherwise wired and grounded pretty
solid, so hopefully no more problems!
