[RFI] 33cm band - Grace accountability

the discussion has answered my questions for this band and application.
Here in the Houston area I know of no 33cm amateur activity.
No hams appear to be affected.

Spread sprecturm is very robust hence should be immune from other users on that band. 


I enjoy QRP operation on HF - 
-- I wanted to find out if there were users who would struggle with additional noise.

What exactly are you concerned about? Someone using an unlicensed band  
for human life-safety equipment or that they're using a piece of  
spectrum that was set aside for unlicensed radio usage?

There are several rf bands that do not require licensing, they are my  
home portable phone(900Mhz), and my networking ISM(2.4Ghz) and UNII- 
based(5.2Ghz) network links.
