[RFI] Led desk lamps

Don’t be too quick to assume any and all LED bulbs are RFI screamers. They aren’t. Especially if they don’t use an SMPS wall wart. If it uses a wall wart, replace it either 1) with a linear wall wart of the same voltage or, 2) if it’s 12 V, power it off of you 12 V power supply.
