[RSM] Friendly reminders

Even for modestly equipped stations the 160 Contest can be fun. Earlier 
in the week we were able to work easily C6AGU on both 80 and 160 with 
our low long-wire and 100 watts. We have no illusions of working EU 
(although it could happen) but there will be plenty of activity from 
Canada, the US, and the Caribbean to keep things interesting.
