[RTTY] RWRL updated by JARTS 2002 & OK DX 2002

Hi,

unfortunately I was active in the WPX at Saturday a short time only.
Just back from my business trip in the late evening, I have updated
the RWRL (RTTY World Rank List) with the "JARTS" and "OK DX" results.
Also I have uploaded to claimed scores for the WPX (SOAB categories).

Now it's past midnight .. ~:)
