[RTTY] Operating PSK-31 from DX locations

Rich hit the mark on the head, as the bulk of us on this reflector are
part of the choir.  Another thought, maybe a short article for QST on
"PSK-31 DXing and Contesting" would impact many of those most in need of
this knowledge.
