[RTTY] FT1000 Field Settings

Don't know, but it may be set up like the OMNI 6. Manual states that
although it is true FSK on transmit, it always uses LSB for receive.
First thing I would do is check the manual.

Solution for me is to Tx with the "offset" of 1.28 kc.
