HF propagation conditions in the northern hemisphere will be good on 80, 40, 
20 and 15 meters, fair on 10 meters.

HF propagation conditions in the southern hemisphere will be good on 80, 40 
and 20 meters, fair on 15 meters, poor on 10 meters.
