[RTTY] US call signs (BARTG)

Well said David, there actually is no problem.

There's quite a number of contests with 'interesting'
rules, but just a few who complain (do you call that naysayer?) 
abt almost anything and the majority who either follow the 
rules or don't participate.

Perhaps the mod should close this topic as it
can't be solved here.
