[RTTY] Change in pileup procedure?

I think it is a great idea Bill. Well thought out. If the jammers want to
jam your frequency you move and he gets bored. I think it would work just
fine as long as the DX moves around.
I think that some of the W1AW/x stations should give it a try. I will.
