[RTTY] Response to ARRL request for inputs for new Band

I'm still befuddled as to why the ARRL NOW wants my opinion on the issue.  Isn't it supposed to be READY-AIM-FIRE and not FIRE-READY-AIM?  Seems to me like the trigger's already been pulled.
