[RTTY] Lack of RTTY on 40 and 80 Meters

I gently suggest that eighty and forty RTTY have growth potential.
One-sixty RTTY is a niche population with not a lot of growth potential.
Until eighty and forty are booming with diddles, don't waste proselytizing
effort on one-sixty--go for the money bands.
