[RTTY] RTTY w/ FSK using TS590S

Having successfully configured and operated Afsk with the Kenwood TS-590S
using the USB Audio CODEC, I prefer to operate FSK. Anybody here operating
FSK with the following list of hardware and software willing to share their
steps to success?

HARDWARE:
Kenwood TS-590S
Rascal GLX Mark V Interface (into PC Line In and Line Out ports)
13-pin DIN cable (from Rascal to TS590S ACC2)
Serial-to-USB cable w/o DI chip set (from Rascal to PC)
PC w/ XP Pro SP3

SOFTWARE:
MMTTY Ver. 1.68A
N1MM Plus Logger Ver. 1.0.4706.0

Having successfully configured and operated FSK with other Kenwood
transceivers, using another Rascal interface, MMTTY and the legacy N1MM
Logger, I've failed in my multiple efforts to set up and operate FSK with
the TS590S. 
 
In preparation for the upcoming RTTY NAQP, I would welcome the help from
somebody who can walk/talk me through the steps for setting up the relevant
TS590S Menu items with MMTTY, N1MM Plus logger, etc.
