[RTTY] Ten Meter Contest

I was looking at the site earlier, as this "Expert" rule was intriguing.

Actually, the 3rd year, you don't go back. The expert category applies if
you've placed in the top 10 of any BARTG contest within the last 3 years.
So you are in with the big guns for a few years it would seem.
