[RTTY] Rigblaster Plus & Windows 10

My Rigblaster Pro is plugged into an add-on com port board from a
previous computer. Windows 10 id'ed the board and my com port is 2.
No driver was needed. No problems.

But in either case I'd bet dollars for donuts that the USB driver supplied doesn't support Windows 10.
