[SCCC] re: Sprint Log Format

I e-mailed my cw Sprint log this morning, and got the
following response. For cw anyway, I guess Cabrillo
is the preferred format. The SSB log acknowledgement from
WA7BNM did not mention Cabrillo being preferred.
