[SCCC] WRTC (again) and Nominating clubs

I know it has been kind of busy on the SCCC reflector but oh well this keeps
things interesting.
So far I have received a email from 2 yes only 2 members who are willing to
be nominated for the WRTC 2002. I know there are several other members who
would like to go to the event.
Please contact me as soon as possible.
I have to submit and promote those members to all the nominating clubs, with
out sending those club something we are kind of lost in the water.
Lets work on this together and keep the SCCC on top!
