[SCCC] SCCC August NAQP CW preliminary results

The August NAQP CW preliminary results are now posted with the NCJ.

We had two top ten finishers: N6WIN (N6MJ) & N6RT (@K6NA)

SCCC #1 finished third overall behind the NCCC #1 and PVRC Thursday Night.
