[SCCC] Brain Trust--Transfer of Callsign License Plates

All the solutions posted are excellent.
Bottom line, my experiences-- AAA overall is very very good with 
'unusual DMV things'  and you can avoid DMV lines that way.

If you are buying a new or used car from a major franchised car 
dealership, I would discuss with that dealer's specialist-- they all 
have an employee whose SOLE JOB is handling DMV and Reg. 
issues.  He/she has access directly to DMV systems and it's amazing 
what can be done, right on site.
