[SCCC] Solution to Problem getting N3FJP contest software to key the IC-7300 voice keyer

So, the solution seems to be to use a separate CI-V cable and have it on a
different Com port from the Rig Interface cable.

If anyone has this same problem, contact me of line and we can chat on the
