[SCCC] 70 cm/23 cm Antenna Recommendations?

Bruce,
I use a discontinued discone. ICOM AH-7000. Receive 25 - 1300 MHz. Transmit 50, 144, 430, 900, 1200MHz. 200 watts.

Frequency coverage: 
RX 100-3300 MHz. 
TX 118-137, 144-148, 222-225, 430-450, 902-908, 1,240-1,300, 2,300-2,450 MHz. 
200 watts.
