[SCCC] Attempt to evict N6AA and perhaps others from board Bylaw 46 replacement

I'm frankly embarrassed by how many ill-advised and hot blooded/sarcastic
emails are being sent on both sides of this issue.  It makes everyone
involved look unprofessional.
