[SCCC] Trouble getting LOTW certs

Jim,

I can't help you with your current predicament, but once you get your 
new certificates loaded, I highly recommend you do a TQSL backup 
(File->Backup Station Locations, Certificates, and Preferences) to a 
thumb drive and/or some other location not on your computer. Then, you 
can do a restore of the backup file to the same computer if necessary, 
or to any other computer.
