Jim,

I don't believe that using a different email address matters at all.

You've probably seen these pages but just in case...

https://www.arrl.org/files/file/LoTW%20Instructions/Help/TQSL%20Diagnostics%
202013.pdf

https://www.arrl.org/files/file/LoTW%20Instructions/LoTW%20Help/Generic%20Re
covery%20rev%202013-11-6.pdf

Once you are back up and running, as others have said, do make a backup in a
safe location (not the same computer as you are using).

Subject: [SCCC] My LOTW issue, one more concern / thought

Guys - I think the same problem that is precluding my getting password reset
e-mails from Dropbox is also blocking the delivery of my TQSL certificates.
For some reason, many automatically generated e-mails, e.g.
newsletters, are not being delivered to my pacbell.net address - e.g. the
SCCC group. That's why I'm using my gmail address herer.

So if I now set up a new TQSL account with a different email address, what
happens? If ARRL has already issued my K6ZH and KG7NV certs, will they do
it again?

And if I start using a different e-mail address, will it mess up anything
else in LOTW? I don't think so, but I'm not sure.

Sorry to be such a pain, but I'm totally panicked and "losing it!"

73 - Jim K6ZH
