When you change band on the radio and start to enter a callsign before
SD synchronises with the new band, that one QSO will be logged on the
wrong band, but later QSOs should be OK. This problem is worse with
Icom, compared to Kenwood and Yaesu, because Icoms return either the
frequency or the band when polled, but not both at the same time. It
can take 2 or 3 seconds for SD to recognise the new band from an Icom
rig.
Is this what Jim has noticed, or does the band continue to be wrong?
If you know that the band is wrong on any QSO, simply go to it as you
would to edit it, then use F1 or F2 (with Caps Lock Off) to correct
the band.

I've had other reports of this, but haven't yet reproduced it. In
terms of your entry, it's not all that significant because ARRL's
Standard File Format (from SDCHECK) does not show points or
multipliers against any QSO - ARRL independently scores and
cross-checks all logs.

find it useful to have 5/6 digits for CW work.
That's because it accepts kHz only at present. I'll have a look at
options to extend this to 100 Hz precison.
