No.  The keyboard is not touched and even left for minutes the band will not
change.  SD is certainly receiving the correct frequency and mode data from
the rigs. Changing bands on the radio to a completely new band returns the
correct frequency/mode but still will not change the band.
I have tested my IARU log again tonight and it is still not changing the
band.  At the moment SDI is working with band/mode/frequency changes
perfectly on the same PC/rig combination.
