[SD-User] CW Sending

I too find the memory keying speed in SD/Win v10.02 and v10.03 most
erratic and unusable and for me greatly slower than the selected speed.
Of course I did first use the CALIBRATE command.

I also found the memory keying speed in SDDOS mildly erratic in both
v10.02 and v10.03, again after using the CALIBRATE command. I abandoned
the memory keyer during today's Ropoco, using SDDOS v10.03 because of
this and the mild embarrassment it caused me.

Historically some earlier versions of SD gave me similar erratic keying
and some did not. V9.98 for example is perfect, on my computer.
