V9.98 7 February 2003

Contests with Serial and Area Codes.
In SD Type 4 and 10 - including all RSGB events
with District Codes, you can now enter serial
and area code in a single field. If you prefer
the traditional method, you can still enter both
    fields separately.

In SD Type 10 for RSGB contests, the option to
record other data (in addition to serial) from
non-UK stations has been removed from the
logging line - there's no point in logging data
that's not relevant to your contest and which
    cannot be cross-checked.

If you feel obliged to log such data, it can
still be done in edit mode. Alternatively, you
can continue to use any version of SD prior to
V9.98 - your Cabrillo log from SDCHECK will not
    be compromised.

Cabrillo:
This is the only log format now supported by
SDCHECK, to include all RSGB HF contests with
the exception of the Club Calls Contest.

If you think you might need the old formats
(RSGB or ARRL) for any reason, keep an earlier
    copy of SDCHECK.

If you add the records SD_EMAIL and SD_CLUB to
the configuration file SDCONFIG.TXT, they will
be displayed as the default entries for your
Cabrillo logs when you run SDCHECK - this will
save you having to enter them every time.

SDCHECK - Print Option.
RSGB AFS logs did not show Serial Sent. Fixed.

SDI - IOTA Contest.
Following a callsign edit on the logging line,
a spurious IOTA reference could be logged, and
perhaps flagged as a multiplier. Fixed.

SDICHECK now outputs a Cabrillo log.

MEXICO.MLT file added.

Please let me know what you'd like to see in the next
update, and keep a copy of whatever version you're using
now - as insurance!
