[SD-User] SDI CW Keying from Win98

I saw this happen with SD 10.01 during CWNFD this year. Rebooted the pc 
into DOS and all was well. It would be nice if this could be fixed as like 
MM0BQI, I have other programs that I would like to run at the same time.
