[SD-User] Automatic S&P

I make separate config files for CW & SSB, just name themSD_CW.ini and SD_SSB.ini, rename the one I'm going to use for 
the contest to SD.ini.

No delays seen here in v1340 last night.

Other than Cabrillo output there is option 5,  .PRT
