[SD-User] help needed installing my sd/key

Dear radio friends,
 
Can anyone help me to update my SD programm.
Offcourse i bought the sd/key;but uptill now not able to do anything with it.
I use at the present time SD version V14.22
 
Maybe one of you can help me out.
When you intending helping me;pse do it as simple as possible.
Offcourse in can read and write in English;but i kindly ask you to keep it simple.
So i can solve the updating problem i have.
Allready tnx in advance for your time.
