Please join me in welcoming a new member, Kenneth Louks to the South 
East Contest Club.

Kenneth joined in September. He enjoys Field Day, the CQ WW and WPX CW 
contest, and the ARS Spartan Sprints, as well as most QRP or CW 
contests. He's a little bit outside our club circle, being in Michigan, 
but our charter is to encourage all contestors, so welcome aboard!
