[SEDXC] BQ9P and 4W6GH Updates

Steve KU9C rushed my BQ9P QSLs out right away.  Seems he is having problems
with USPS (gosh sound like Norcross!)
Nothing from 4W6GH (CT1EGH) yet.  I worked the VK2/4W6 so I sent him a card
for 10 as back up.  Heard 4W6MM on 20
the other morning so there is still activity.

Frank DL7FT was telling everybody he is going to P5 early next year while he
was a FO0.   Frank 's ZA2RPS (1971) counted as did his
Mount Athos portable operation so you never know.

PA3GIO has started his Dxpedition from 5R8 islands.  I am waiting for his
Lord Howe Operation on 12 meters as K8VIR's operation a few months ago was
99% 20 meters. (His Chatham operation was on 17 and 12).

Another TX0 Dxpedition is planned for the Fall.  Maybe this will be after
Hurricane season!    I have it on 10, 12, and 15 so far and I missed the one
day the last short-lived group were on 40.
