Yesterday, I said I would forward to the reflectors a message about the
Russian DX Contest that runs this weekend 12Z Sat to 12Z Sun.  I forgot
to do it last night, so I will just send the URL for the rules and
everyone who is interested can look at the rules and print a copy if you
